Movement/Sound Series Curriculum Project

I am developping a six class dance/music curriculum for neurodiverse students as my project for the DEL Institute/92 Y Dance Education Teacher Certificate program. This series will explore the intersections of dance and music through their foundations of working with space, rhythm and other lenses. Classes are being developped for specifically for those who have Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy or others who have intellectual disablities or are neurodiverse. 

Classes will be dynamic and accessible to all, including those with mobility considerations. They will include dance, yoga, somatic practices and live music created by participants.  Classes will equally focus on music & dance foundations. 

I will be offering these sessions in the Southern Vermonth & Western Massachusetts areas.
